Last Updated: October 2025

At Vespake, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.
It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.

This page explains how copyright holders can report potential infringements found on our website.

1. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that material available on Vespake infringes your copyright, please submit a written DMCA notice containing the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, along with enough information to allow us to locate it (for example: the exact URL).
  4. Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and valid email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Submit Your DMCA Notice

You can send your DMCA notice to our designated email:
📧 [email protected]

Please ensure your notice includes all the required information above. Incomplete requests may be delayed or ignored.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on Vespake was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes the following details:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and its location before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court in your area, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

Counter-notifications that meet the above requirements should be sent to:
📧 [email protected]

Once a proper counter-notice is received, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

4. Repeat Infringers

Vespake reserves the right to terminate accounts or block access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
We also reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that we believe, in our sole discretion, may infringe the rights of others.

5. Good Faith Policy

We take copyright protection seriously.
However, submitting false claims of infringement may result in legal liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
Please make sure that your complaint is accurate and submitted in good faith.
