2. Submit Your DMCA Notice

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on Vespake was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes the following details:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court in your area, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

4. Repeat Infringers
Vespake reserves the right to terminate accounts or block access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
We also reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that we believe, in our sole discretion, may infringe the rights of others.
5. Good Faith Policy
We take copyright protection seriously.
However, submitting false claims of infringement may result in legal liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
Please make sure that your complaint is accurate and submitted in good faith.
6. Modifications
Vespake reserves the right to modify or update this DMCA Policy at any time.
